SHIPPING INFORMATION 
Flat Rate Shipping fee of $10.00 Australia Wide- All items sent via Australia Post - Parcel Post Satchels (tracking available on Australia Post website)

If you live in the Brisbane area and wish to pick up your item/s please enter PICKUP in the discount section to remove shipping cost. Please contact us to arrange a collection time.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days on receipt of payment. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days within Australia; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All products are shipped with Australia Post and where applicable a tracking service will be provided for your convenience.

REFUND POLICY 
Please choose carefully, we understand you cannot try items on before purchasing so we are more than happy to offer an exchange on your item/s or a store credit. Items must be returned as new, unused with all tags still attached. Any items returned that are damaged or altered in any way, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please take care when sending item/s back to us, we recommend using a trackable mail service eg ParcelPost as item/s that are lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer an exchange or store credit on lost parcels.

Items are to be returned within seven (7) days from date of purchase. Please note the amount of the exchange or store credit will be the purchase price only, postage charges will apply at customer’s expense.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. No Refund/Exchange on Sale Items.
